Lake Royale

A house isn’t just walls and a roof; it’s a space where life happens. When we first thought about this house, we thought about who would live in this home. With 3 bedrooms and a bonus room, we couldn’t help but think that a growing family would move into this home. Perhaps a family that can transition into a growing family to a full-grown family with older kids. For this, our interior design team collaborated with a talented team of architectural drafters to create an open and inviting floor plan. With 2,211 sq. ft. to work with, the challenge was to balance ample space with cozy functionality. Our goal was for the home to feel grand and elegant, while keeping the homey feel.
