Yohana Hykal is the founder of Hykal Homes and brings a perspective shaped by design, real estate, construction, investment, and development.
Her experience spans residential design and renovation, real estate sales and investment, custom homes, historic properties, and multifamily development.
That combination has shaped how she thinks about a home: it should be beautiful, it should function beautifully, and when appropriate, thoughtful design should create lasting value.
As a wife, mother of two, and homeowner, Yohana also understands the everyday reality of how families live — the routines, the gathering, the mess, the quiet, and the details that make a house feel like home.

Victoria Kachurovskaya
Senior Architectural Designer
Victoria brings an architectural perspective shaped by experience running her own architectural design practice overseas and working on international projects. At Hykal Homes, she brings that experience to floor plans, elevations, architectural refinement, and the details that shape a home from the outside in.

Alicia Clark
Interior Designer
Alicia holds an Interior Design degree from East Carolina University and brings experience working with builders and homeowners. She guides clients through selections and translates their vision into beautiful, buildable spaces.

Veronika Mantero
Project Manager
Veronika oversees the moving parts behind construction — scheduling, materials, deliveries, inspections, and progress tracking. Her background in logistics and client-facing work brings precision and accountability to every project.

Roy Hykal
General Contractor + CFO
Roy brings licensed general contracting experience, more than 20 years of finance experience, and an MBA from Wake Forest University to Hykal Homes. He oversees permitting, engineering coordination, financial health, and the business side of construction.

Camila Mongrut
Office Manager, Intern
Camila helps keep clients informed, organized, and connected throughout the project. She coordinates communication, weekly client calls, and the systems that help everyone know what is happening next.

Jessy Robertson
Marketing Associate
Jessy connects Hykal Homes with the people, brands, and resources behind great projects. She supports marketing, events, vendor relationships, and brand collaborations while keeping our design resources and showroom materials current for our team and clients.
