02The Story
The Angel Falls full home transformation began with a dated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home and ended with a 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom home — expanded through renovation and basement finishing. The project encompassed the kitchen, living and dining areas, bedroom additions, bathroom additions, and the creation of a home gym and entertainment area in the finished basement.

Where We Started.
The home needed more than cosmetic updates — it needed to grow. Adding bedrooms and bathrooms while maintaining the quality and character of the existing spaces required careful planning and a clear design vision from the start.

04What We Saw
We saw a home with untapped potential — particularly in the basement, which could be transformed into livable, finished space. The opportunity was to expand the home's footprint without expanding its footprint, by finishing what was already there.
05What We Changed
The Kitchen
The kitchen was expanded with a double island, quartzite countertops, and custom cabinetry — a significant upgrade that became the anchor of the open living and dining area.
Open Living + Dining
The living and dining areas were redesigned as an open, connected space — a layout that works with the expanded kitchen to create a cohesive main floor.
Bedroom + Bathroom Additions
The renovation added bedrooms and bathrooms — expanding the home from 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
Basement: Gym + Entertainment
The basement was finished as part of the renovation scope — transformed into a home gym and entertainment area that added significant livable square footage to the home.
